There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • Towels, bed linens, high-speed internet, washer, dryer, climate control, cooking basics, dishwasher, toaster, cooking space, stove, oven, patio, landline, basic dishes & silverware, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator, ironing board & iron, and hot tub are provided

Safety and Emergency Information

  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains required during times of snow/ice to access homes on Beech Mountain. Driveway is level with the road. It is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit
  • Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit
  • Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee
